How do I book a spa day package?

What do I need to bring on my spa day?
Please bring your swimwear, underwear for any treatments, flip flops for any wet areas. We do provide code operated lockers, towels, robes, slippers, shower gel, shampoo and conditioners. There are also Dyson hairdryers in our dedicated spa changing rooms.
Is food included on all spa day packages?
There is a choice of either lunch or afternoon tea on all our spa day packages. Please state your preference at the time of booking. If choosing lunch, you can place your order on the day of your visit.
Do you offer pre-natal massages
Yes but only between 12 and 38 weeks pregnant, please mention at time of booking as we also need to allocate one of our professionally trained pre-natal therapists.
Do you offer specific treatments for Cancer patients?
Unfortunately not, you would need to be in remission to have any of our spa treatments.
Do the conference rooms have audio and visual equipment?
The Wrightington suite has back projection & electronic screen. Tis suits also features a PA system. All other rooms have a free-standing projector and screen. Additional audio equipment can be sourced for you by us at an additional cost. Flip charts are available in all rooms.
Do you have parking and is it chargeable?
There is ample complimentary parking for delegates.
Are the meeting rooms accessible?
All conference rooms are located on the ground floor and are fully accessible. The restaurant and the toilets are also on the ground floor and fully accessible.
Do the meeting rooms have natural daylight.
Yes, all rooms offer natural daylight. Some rooms offer view of the Lancashire countryside.
Do the meeting rooms have air-conditioning?
Yes, all rooms apart from The Bridgeman Suite offer air-conditioning., The Bridgeman Suite however has double doors that open on to the landscaped garden.
Are there any pillars or view obstructions in the meeting rooms?
No! All rooms are free of pillars and are completely open spaces for everyone’s comfort.

How many menu options can you choose from?
From the menu in our brochure, you can select 2 Starters, 2 Mains plus a Vegetarian/Vegan option and 2 Desserts.
Most of our dishes can be altered to cater for any dietary requirements such as Gluten-free and Dairy-free etc. with prior notice.
How many bedrooms are allocated for guests?
All our packages include complimentary accommodation for the newly married couple.
We will also reserve 20 bedrooms at a discounted wedding rate.
For any non-residents of the hotel we advise for carriages to be arranged for the DJ finishing time.
What are the payment terms?
A provisional date can be held for 14 days, after which we require a £750 deposit to confirm the booking.
What is your Cuisine type?
We offer an A la Carte menu which features individually priced items, offering a variety of dishes using local producers and authentic ingredients in a casual dining setting. We also offer a separate full vegan menu.

Do you have a restaurant?
The hotel restaurant is available to all members and is open 7 days a week. Food is served from 6 pm–9 pm Monday to Saturday, and from 12 pm to 7:30 pm on Sundays.
Do you have group exercise classes, and how do I book them?
We offer a full timetable of varied group exercise classes for all fitness levels. Booking is simple — just download our app when you become a member and reserve your spot in just a few taps.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Thursday - 6am to 9.30pm - doors closed at 9.30pm
Friday - 6am to 9pm
Saturday and Sunday - 7am to 8pm
Do I need to book a tour before I view the facilities?
You don't need to book a tour to come and have a look around the health club. A member of the team will be happy to show you the facilities.
Do you do guest passes?
A guest pass can be purchased if you are coming with an existing member. The cost is £15
What time is check in and check out? Can I check in late in the evening?
Check in 3pm, check out is 10.30am. You can check in any time you like, reception is manned 24hrs a day.
Are any rooms adapted for accessibility?
Yes, a full accessible room is available, complete with wet room. Please contact the hotel for more information.
Can children stay in the room?
Yes, we have a selection of extra beds and cots to put in bedrooms. Please note these extra beds can go in all rooms apart from the Executive rooms
