There is no cash machine or cash back facility at the hotel. The nearest ATM is located at the BP garage on the A5209 (5 minute walk).

The hotel has 6 meeting rooms with a maximum capacity of 150 delegates in the largest room. To make enquiries, please call hotel reception and ask to speak with the conference manager.

Departures

Please check out of your room by 10.30am on the day of your departure. Early departure is available via the night porter. Late checkout is subject to availability and is chargeable, please contact hotel reception to make arrangements.

Fire Instructions

Please read the Fire Notice on your bedroom door. In case of a fire, please proceed to the Assembly Point 1 in the hotel car park (opposite the hotel’s main reception entrance).

Health Club

Whilst our guest, you have full use of all of the health club facilities; 18m pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, two floors of gymnasium, spinning studio, squash court and fitness class studio.

Once you have entered the club please register with the health club reception desk. Towels are also available for you at the health club reception, there is no need to take the ones from you room.

Opening times for the health club are on your key card.

Children must vacate the swimming pool by 7.30pm. 

Housekeeping

Please contact hotel reception for additional towels, pillows or blankets. Toiletries are located in the bathroom. If you have forgotten your toothbrush & toothpaste these are also available at reception. 

Internet

The hotel has high speed complimentary WIFI. The network is Wrightington-wifi and no password is required to connect.

Laundry

A laundry service is available Monday – Friday, please use the laundry bags provided (in the desk drawer). Laundry handed in before 10am will be returned the next morning. Any delicate items that require hand washing and ironing will incur a supplement to the laundry charges (see laundry page). An off-site dry cleaning service is available (see dry cleaning page). Iron & board are located in the wardrobe.

Luggage Assistance on Arrival/Departure

Medical Emergencies

In the event of an emergency please contact hotel reception who will assist with emergency NHS service call if required.

Newspaper

A morning newspaper can be ordered at hotel reception and will be delivered to your door. 

Payments

The hotel accepts Visa, Visa Debit, AMEX, Mastercard & Mastercard Debit payments, as well as contactless up to the pre-set limit.

The reception is open 7am – 11pm and we would be grateful if you could settle account during those hours. A night porter service is available should you require an early check out.

Should you like to charge items to your room account for payment on departure, please show your signed registration key card to enable this service.

Room Amenities

A hairdryer can be found in the dressing table drawer. Alternatively, hairdryers are available to use in the changing rooms which are located within the health club.

Tea & coffee making facilities are in your room and will be refreshed each day.

For your convenience there is a shampoo/conditioner and body wash are in the shower for your use.

24 hour room service is available with a tray charge service of £2.50.

Valuables

A safe is located in the bottom of the wardrobe. We cannot be responsible for loss of valuables left in the room. No responsibility can be accepted for loss of articles from public areas, gardens or car park.

Drinks machines are located in the health club which can be purchased from within the health club opening times.

Ice buckets are available at £5 each, please contact hotel reception to order.
